Creator's Block FAQ
How does it work?

Pick a campaign and pay a one-time fee to join. Campaigns are typically themed -- for example, around an event, holiday, or interest.

Let your voice be heard! Make suggestions and vote on major design decisions throughout the course of the build. All campaign members will receive regular progress updates on the build.

At the end of the build, the finished product will be auctioned at a reserve price significantly below retail. The auction is exclusively for campaign members -- the highest bidder wins! If the item does not sell for the reserve price, it will be listed in our online store for retail sale.
How do I vote?
Join a campaign to get special access to the website, which allows you to view and vote on major design decisions, see progress updates, engage in campaign discussions with other members, and more!
What if I don't like a design decision that is made?
Every campaign member gets one vote, and the majority makes the design decision(s). Campaign members are not obligated to bid on the finished product at the auction. If you have a better design idea for the campaign product, you can request a custom version via the Quote page.
I won the auction! Now what?
Once the campaign auction is complete, we will work with the winner to arrange for local pickup or delivery options. Shipping costs may vary depending on the size and weight of the finished product.
I didn't win the auction. How do I order a custom piece?
You can request a custom version of any campaign product via the Quote page. You can keep everything as-is or add your own design options! Campaign members will get a discount on a custom order; pricing will vary based on the design. Please reference the campaign name in your request.
